How to Get a Table at Paris’s Hardest-to-Book Restaurants, From Abroad

Some of the most talked-about restaurants in Paris are also the hardest to book: reservations open weeks ahead and disappear within minutes, phone lines are busy for an hour every morning, and a handful of addresses simply don’t answer email at all. If you’re planning your trip from another country, in a different time zone, the odds are against you before you even start.

Small, chef-owned dining rooms with limited seats. Historic bistros that never modernized their booking system.
