Someone to Call the Doctor for You in France

Booking a doctor’s appointment in France almost always means a phone call, to a secretary, sometimes only reachable at specific hours, who may not speak English. If you’re not feeling well, or trying to sort out care for a child or a parent, that’s the last thing you want to be dealing with in a language you don’t speak.

What we do

We call the doctor’s office or specialist, explain what’s needed, and book the appointment for you. If the practice asks for information before the visit, your symptoms, your insurance situation, prior treatment, we relay it clearly, in French. You get the appointment time and address back on WhatsApp.

We’re not medical professionals and we don’t give medical advice. We make the call, get you a slot, and make sure the practical side is handled.

How it works

  1. Tell us what kind of appointment you need, and any relevant details for the secretary.

  2. We call and book the appointment.

  3. You get the confirmed date, time and address.

A straightforward appointment booking usually takes about 15 minutes of our time. From €34 for 15 minutes, valid six months.

FAQ

Can you help outside of standard opening hours?

We’re reachable during our own opening hours, see the footer for the current schedule. If you’re dealing with a genuine medical emergency, contact emergency services (15 or 112) directly. That’s not something we handle.

Do you go with me to the appointment?

No, we work by phone and message. We book the appointment; getting there and attending it is on your side.

Can you also find a pharmacy or translate a prescription?

Yes, that’s a separate quick request. See our guide on finding a pharmacy at night or on Sunday, or send us the request directly.
